Our ex pupils have progressed to careers in dance and musical theatre. Many become teachers in schools or abroad. Some appear in musicals touring the country and in the West End, or perform on cruise ships,tv and music videos . A few have gone on to very successful contracts with English National Ballet & the Royal Ballet. At Valentine Walker, we do have fantastic exam results with 100% pass rate, and we are very proud that many of our current pupils appear with Youth Ballet or Dance companies. We love dance and the theatre. This shows in our pupils and the teaching staff. This hard work and success comes through our philosophy that children should have fun and learn self motivation. The vast majority of our pupils come for some relaxed social dancing with their friends and some good exercise. Our shows, held at the Harlequin Theatre in Redhill, are filled with happy confident children who love having a go, wearing their costumes with hair and make up done. The best way to understand is to see us in action! Come along - prospective parents & pupils are welcome to watch any class.
